It says that "Here on the Peninsula we're seeing more multiple-offer situations on desirable, well-priced homes as buyers look each week for new inventory". Here are some DOM numbers: Belmont: 34 Burlingame: 34 Cupertino: 34 Los Altos: 28 Mountain View: 28 Palo Alto: 20 Just received a report from a local realtor with Alain Pinel.
