Well, thanks. However, the people we know who did that, did it in 1995. If, after consideration, I thought it was a good idea for us here & now, I would’ve done it.

Sorry about the negativity, but, San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont all blow. I would only move back to Santa Clara county… wait, no, I would never move back there. I’d rather go unemployed than move back to there.

I can’t see any appeal to Milpitas. To me it’s a step down from either Fremont or East San Jose, but this house is only double what it should be which is unusually good for the South Bay. I expect that there’s a falling-knife-catcher that will snap this one up pretty quickly.

Dude, you guys are asking for too much, look at it as a duplex with at least your own parking and a backyard. Though I do see that it might be close to the freeway with Winston’s link.

Milpitas is certainly no cupertino, but it is a nice small town comparing to most of Fremont and north of Fremont, and much of San Jose. If you live a couple of miles from 880 you are fine.

I think it is not too bad does not mean that I will buy it either, this is for someone looking for rental income (though at this price it is still not there).
