Contractor special. Small house on a big lot. Potential for new construction/addition.
$666 per square foot is pretty reasonable, given that this house isn’t in the Real Bay Area. But let’s face it, the real selling point of this house is that it is earthquake proof! Just from looking at this picture, you can already tell that this house has been stress tested and is well equipped to handle the next calamity.
Why risk the lives of you children by buying a brand new house that’s unproven? You want a house that you know has withstood the test of time. Furthermore, it’s like those $250 jeans – this house is distressed and distressed is HAWT.
It’ll also confuse robbers! “What is this? A pile of wood? A house? I’ll move on to the next place.” Safety first my friends!
So go ahead, go vintage. Go buy this house.

This house looks familier. I think it was featured a few months ago.

It wasn’t featured, but someone else mentioned in comment.

The Zestimate is $503K, so that means it’s worth about $209K.
Are the logs in front of the fence included? If I’m going to be my own contractor I need every price break I can get.

Geez…. another fine POS that was built while Jack London was alive, writing The Iron Hell and People Of The Abyss.

$666 per square foot?
IT’S A PORTAL TO HELL! Or possibly a portal to bankruptcy.

If you enjoy living close to graveyards, this is the house for you. There is an Italian cemetery very close to this POS, among others. Colma itself is the city of graveyards.

At least the graves can serve as a ready source of marble and granite for bathrooms and countertops.

Are the logs in front of the fence included?

Yes. As there is no sidewalk, in rainy days they are used for stepping on mud.

I think you guys have it wrong. That is actually a huge house, but much like an iceberg, most of it is under water… err… dirt… whatever.

On the right of the house, the roof is low enough to rest your beer can while chatting with the neighbors. Who the hell lives in that part of the house anyway, the munchkin slaves?

I think the lot is just really, REALLY downsloped.

HAHAHA thanks for the mention Burbed. That’s the worst house EVAR.
