Site slowness and outage issues being investigated
I just wanted to let all you Burbed readers know that the site slowness and outage issues are being investigated. It appears that this site has been causing significant CPU usage spikes on the shared hosting. For reasons that I can’t explain.
Initial investigation seems to indicate that there is a lot of hits from a set of IP addresses in Philippines and Germany.
Which only goes to show that there’s a long line of foreigners waiting to scoop up Bay Area houses with the awesomely strong currencies.
Thanks for sticking it out…

The Phillipines and Germany? This is some kind of World War II conspiracy, no doubt involving stolen gold and cryptography. Better call Neal Stephenson!

Hmmm, Germans. Strong Euro. They are ready to snap up RBA homes from market and make Americans Priced Out Forever. That explains why there are so many Germans in Mountain View. German school, German bakery.
Philippines. Lots of nurses there. As healthcare industry is booming in America, they are all set to arrive here and snap up RBA homes.
Therefore, the current color code for invasion of foreigners in housing market is Ultra Red.

Burbed, you like to post houses in DalyCity on here and DalyCity has the largest Filipinos community in the country so people there are trying to hack and attack your website. Burbed, you can run but you cant hide. What you gonna do when they come for you, bad boy.

DUDE! Cliff Stoll is the best…. Makes me think, hmmm… “Why does a plummer get $125 bucks a hour? When a computer tech-e gets $50 or less?” Will computers go to the wayside like large fins on cars and US educated physicist? MAKES YOU THINK… GHAAAH…
