Does that include the airfare and hookers? If so, where do I sign?!?!?!

A POOL on 30th in San Mateo? Whoa. Its really windy up there (and 10 degrees cooler than san Jose). You would need to clean up the blowing leaves every 4 hours. A real estate agent once told me that pools are the largest impediment to buying a house- bargain hunters love pools- you can get 50K off the price of the house and it costs 5-15K to plow under the pool. This guy only has a 5000 sq ft lot and a pool and spa? thats the whole yard.

Once again, Another utterly crappy, former factory worker looking house for over a mil. I hope the person who buys this thing doesn’t tell anyone how much they paid. These prices simply blow me away. Stupid!

Aren’t we following SoCal way, only a year late? Year back they were giving vacation packages + Hummer. Meanwhile the gas price increased substantially. Now, giving Hummer would be a bad marketing choice. So let’s settle on vacation package only.

As we are following SoCal way - it’s matter of time we will be selling Buy One Home Get Another FREE - like this one featured two weeks back.

This house looks crappy. Don’t know the hood but San Mateo does seem a bit cooler than the southbay what with the fog that sometimes rolls over the hills. It’s going to be interesting by this time next year to see if we stabalize or start to show some real cracks in RBA. My guess is that with option arms cast to reset pretty heavy by next summer prices in RBA could show a 10% drop from what we see today?…

That deal sucks compared to the buy one get one free this San Diego builder offered:

Pralay, the longer I read this blogsite, the more I ROFLMAO at your differently humored comments. Forgive me, but I assume it’s Indian humor because of the word order and syntax, and your name. Whatever, it’s so funny and I don’t understand why RealEstater can’t get with it and laugh along instead of defending an indefensible position.

It definitely has very strong smell of chicken curry. He he! This is another side effect of Hinglish.

You will get married to the most beautiful daughter of the CEO of lending bank. And then, you guessed it right - he will pay for this home.

  11. Pralay Says:

And, I forgot. The Hawaiian vacation package at Kanapali Beach - that’s for honeymoon.

  12. RinkRat Says:

And what the hell is a “staycation”?? Another annoying word from the Real Estate Thesaurus of Meaningless Listing Verbiage.

  13. Renter Says:

According Paulson, the hedge fund manager who got a few billion dollar bonus last year by shorting MBS, we are only about a third of the way through bursting of the housing bubble. So far, banks have written down around $400 billion. He estimated that total writedown would be $1.3 trillion.

I love these properties that have their own websites. Somebody clearly has way too much time on her hands and way too many 5s in her phone number.

Thanks to the photo gallery, I know there’s Pergraniteel in the kitchen.

  17. burbed Says:

I hope this goes well too. Some parts of it are in motion already. I’ve been waiting for the server to magically stop responding for a while now…

  18. madhaus Says:

Yeah I want the site to speed up, so you can post all about the wonders of the coming option-ARM reset debacle.
