I’ve never heard of a one story townhouse before. I thought they were two stories with steep, narrow stairways.

Two or even three at times, rather like living in a treehouse. I don’t know why a developer would take this approach when he could double the square footage of each unit by building a second story.

Yabba-dabba-do!

I think that “one-story townhome” = “half of a duplex”.
PS “epicurean”, wow, that’s like $20K more value just for the vocab words! This guy’s clearly got a more erudite realtor than most, not just mouthing shibboleths at us.

It’s further proof you’ll do well on the SATs if you buy this house.

It actually looks decent inside. I was expecting the same sort of uh, “stoney” look inside.
But did you notice the “epicurean” kitchen has a potted (or more likely, FAKE) plant where the fridge should be?

Heck, if it is very decent this baby will worth a million dollars. Can Manhattan condo beat this? Do they have lawn for $1200/sqf? Can you see the blue skies from Manhattan? Heck there is no blue sky in the whole NYC.

Is this a reprise of teh duet home? WTF is Mr. SAT Word calling it a townhouse? Did he lose his Roget’s and forget to call it a “terraced home” like they do in jollye olde Albion?
