WHOA! This place has been on Redfin for 371 days! So the “sale” must’ve been the bank taking it back. (Yet PropertyShark doesn’t have a change in ownership recorded.) Previous sale was October 2005 for $550k with 10% down.
This isn’t WillowGlenner’s usual neighborhood, but maybe he’d like to add this to his empire? Think of the rents! But seriously, with all that adding on without permits, I’d worry about the place burning down or something.

I sure do. Ahahahahaha! That’s the reason I don’t see WG as a class act, either. A class act would have objected to RE’s behavior despite agreeing with his economic forecasting.
