Charming 3 bedroom/1.5 bath ranch style home. Ready to move in! (Remodeled 2 years ago – kitchen/paint/texture/carpet)** BANK-APPROVED SHORT SALE !**

When I looked at this entry, the first thing I wondered was: What? No address? That’s peculiar!

But that’s when I remembered and realized that many rich and famous people do not want their addresses listed because they’re afraid of home invasions and robberies. Security is on the top of everyone’s minds these days – and no wonder. Crime is up again unfortunately. That’s why this house has its address hidden.

But then I started wondering – does this house come with the dubs or not? If it doesn’t come with the dubs, then no deal!

Dubs – oh yeah. They’ll make any house classy!

    dubs?

  2. SiO2 Says:

20 inch wheels as seen on the truck in the driveway.

    >>What? No address? That’s peculiar!

Evergreen tells you all you need to know. Think golf courses.

  4. SiO2 Says:

RE, what do you mean by that? Is it good or bad? Los Altos has a golf course, so does PA.

Evergreen is kind of mixed. Parts are pretty good, parts are not. And it’s funny in that it gets better the farther east you go. Normally it’s the opposite:
    East Palo Alto vs PA
East Los Angeles vs Santa Monica
East Cupertino vs West Cupertino (MV High)
East Saratoga (Moreland) vs West Saratoga (Saratoga High)
SF Sunset district (west) vs Hunter’s Point (east)

    weird huh?

  5. DreamT Says:

RealEstater – Evergreen is small enough that you’d find this house within a couple of minutes, wouldn’t you?
What? You’ve never been there? :)

  6. DreamT Says:

SiO2 – The hilly part just happens to be east…
Frankly the flat part of Evergreen is not that much different from Story & King.

  7. sonarrat Says:

I’ll bet this is somewhere around Silver Creek & Capitol.

  8. sonarrat Says:

I was right – it’s 1842 Macduee Way. No wonder they just wanted to refer to it as “Evergreen.”

    Yes, that’s the one http://www.movoto.com/real-estate/homes-for-sale/CA/San-Jose/House-100_80777766.htm
Walking distance to the shiny new vietnamese mall on Aborn.
Rather far from the golf course wouldn’t you say Chuckie?

  10. RealEstater Says:

    Guys,

I was joking about the golf course thing.

  11. DreamT Says:

Juvenile somersault wouldn’t you say? :) After all Evergreen is built around two golf courses.

  12. madhaus Says:

DreamT, not only did you find the house, you found $50,000 in instant equity! The price is down to $325K. Which means I could sell this place and buy that house plus both neighbors. Then I could rent them out for $2200 a month, WG assures us that renters are knocking on doors. It’s a feeding frenzy! And I could water three lawns, Pralay!

  13. DreamT Says:

Guess burbed didn’t do his (her?) homework on this one. How many dubs can you afford for $50k?

  14. madhaus Says:

I can afford even more dubs if I buy the juveniles.

  15. nomadic Says:

But they take forever to grow up to 20″!

And if they get stressed they’ll die on you.
