When I looked at this entry, the first thing I wondered was: What? No address? That’s peculiar!
But that’s when I remembered and realized that many rich and famous people do not want their addresses listed because they’re afraid of home invasions and robberies. Security is on the top of everyone’s minds these days – and no wonder. Crime is up again unfortunately. That’s why this house has its address hidden.
But then I started wondering – does this house come with the dubs or not? If it doesn’t come with the dubs, then no deal!
Dubs – oh yeah. They’ll make any house classy!

RE, what do you mean by that? Is it good or bad? Los Altos has a golf course, so does PA.
Evergreen is kind of mixed. Parts are pretty good, parts are not. And it’s funny in that it gets better the farther east you go. Normally it’s the opposite:
East Palo Alto vs PA
East Los Angeles vs Santa Monica
East Cupertino vs West Cupertino (MV High)
East Saratoga (Moreland) vs West Saratoga (Saratoga High)
SF Sunset district (west) vs Hunter’s Point (east)

DreamT, not only did you find the house, you found $50,000 in instant equity! The price is down to $325K. Which means I could sell this place and buy that house plus both neighbors. Then I could rent them out for $2200 a month, WG assures us that renters are knocking on doors. It’s a feeding frenzy! And I could water three lawns, Pralay!
