Beautiful Creekbridge home perfect for a growing family or for someone who wants alot of room. This beauty features a very generously sized kitchen and plenty of room throughout the four bedrooms. Schedule your private showing today. You won’t be disappointed.

Thanks to Burbed reader Jim for this amazing find.

Wow. I’m shocked. At $149,478 per square foot, this house truly takes the cake. Forget Real Bay Area, this is Real Bay Area Maximus! Or… True Real Bay Area. Either way… wow… we’ve got some stiff competition going on. Do you hear that Palo Alto and Saratoga? REAL STIFF COMPETITION. Time to step up your game and beat these suckers.

(BTW, where is Salinas?)

Salinas… middle of no where (or a field of soy) and the ocean ;)

  2. bob Says:

OMFG! LOL! How could a real estate agent make such a stupid typo? Seems like we see this kind of morbidly bad mistakes in ads all the time.

Man, the dollar has depreciated so fast? :)

  5. Robert Says:

    It’s a rip-off. I wouldn’t pay more than $250 million for that dump.

  6. SanMatean Says:

You guys just don’t get it.

Rents will appreciate and inflation will make that $329M look like $100M in no time at all.

This is a small price to pay for the beauty of Salinas- easy coastal access, and pastoral beauty right in the back yard. Who could ask for more?

This is a small price to pay for the beauty of Salinas…

Yes, but the ad isn’t selling ALL of Salinas. Only one house on a TINY 6,000 sf lot. Which makes me wonder why the lot sizes would be so little down there?

  8. anon Says:

Nomadic: THEY’RE NOT MAKING ANY MORE LAND. It’s scarce.

  9. madhaus Says:

6000 square feet, that’s what, 1/7 of an acre? So land in Salinas is actually worth 2 billion an acre?

Holy crap. Google is in the wrong industry.

  10. nomadic Says:

well, madhaus, artichokes are pretty expensive.

  11. madhaus Says:

Those artichokes had better be wearing Rolexes and delivered in Porsches. And kept in a sub-zero.

  12. nomadic Says:

oooh, and be accompanied by Sprinkles cupcakes!
