2BD/ 1BA Bungalow with a convenient SSF location. Possibilities for this house are endless! This home’s large corner lot provides a perfect opportunity for a contractor/buyer looking for a home to put their own touch on. The LR leads directly into the DR. It?s perfect for entertaining! Both BD?s are well proportioned and have an abundance of light. The Eat-In kitchen has the opportunity to shine!
Here’s what Burbed reader Jeff had to say:

Literally. This dump is right next door to the See’s Candies factory..
and it’s on a frontage road right in front of El Camino. I was wondering how long it would take for this house to pop up on the MLS, and now I know.
Wow… easy access to chocolate. Sign me up! I think what Jeff is missing on though, is that the living room leads directly into the dining room.
Let me repeat that.
THE LIVING ROOM LEADS DIRECTLY INTO THE DINING ROOM. Hot damn! I’m tired of houses where the living room leads the bedroom, the bathroom, the sunroom, the datacenter, the garage and then dining room. This is an amazing improvement – a feature that you will never see anywhere else.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving – this house is perfect for entertaining guests. You wouldn’t want them to stumble through the bedroom, the bathroom, the wine cellar, when walking from the living room to the dining room after all – would you?

Don’t forget the “large lot”

I think the agent is being sarcastic

Large corner lot? How big is the lot next door? 1750?

Don’t live anywhere near El Camino. Too close to crime. A home invasion took place in San Mateo near El Camino, and the mother of the house died.

“Don’t live anywhere near El Camino. Too close to crime. A home invasion took place in San Mateo near El Camino, and the mother of the house died.”
Impeccable logic.
Don’t live in Hillsborough either. I know someone who got robbed two years ago. It was in the news, too.

Did you know that life is the primary cause of death?

Primary? It’s like flippin’ 100%.

I lived on El Camino for two years and never had a problem. But that was RBA 94087, even if it was a lowly rental.

Our real estate expert here is saying Palo Alto, the super-RBA area of RBA, is having some serious problem due crimes committed by certain “transient guests” of certain racial group. So I just can’t figure out where to live. Alaska?

Pralay, you just don’t understand how difficult it is to live in super-RBA area of RBA. Each day you must shoulder the burden that everyone else is seething with jealousy at your good fortune. In fact, they spend hours coming up with ways they can insult residents of super-RBA area of RBA, or when they can get away with scratching keys on super-RBA area of RBA residents’ Porsches. Some are so driven with envy that they attack residents at CalTrain station, falsely believing that they are taking the train to their other mansion.
If you cannot handle the stress and strain of dealing with $300K people from inferior areas, maybe you just aren’t cut out to be a super-RBA area of RBA resident. Maybe you should move to Manteca.

all hail the fail whale.

All of you angry renters go back to sleep.

So there’s an Eat-In Kitchen and then also a dining room? Between that and the chocolate factory, this is the perfect house for two people who love to eat.
