Thanks to Burbed reader Sonarrat for this find. Personally I’m disappointed in that there are no photos. With all the configurations that this house enables, I imagine it to be like a Transformer – shifting its shape so that you can enjoy your drive while mom and dad and kids are safe in the 1st floor unit.
Let’s look at a Bird’s Eye View:
Whichever house it is, it’s sure to be a winner. Personally, I hope it is the one that looks like a giant barn. I bet that if you say the right magic phrase, the house will suddenly lift up, and convert into a space shuttle as well. How awesome would that be!

This house comes with “sparkling” too. Sure to impress all your neighbors!

It’s nu. It has a nice vu. Ez committee.
It begs the question: what the fiewck?

Nu …. Vu ….
We had a guy at work named Ha Vu, he was cool – his face would get REALLY red when he drank, and one time he fell off his chair, LITERALLY, laughing.
Good times, good times.

Off-topic, but ouch.
Jumbos, particularly in California, are about to be downgraded big time.

Bleen, I think you mean Deja Nu…Right?
Family values – So, if mom and dad and kids are safe in the first floor unit, whose to rent? Er. That’s only if the owner occupies house. Right? What?
Bay Vu? I knew him back in Vietnam.
sparkling hardwood. I’ve got a hard wood this realtor can polish til it sparkles.
Ez committee to sf or pnsula – What.the.fuck. A san francisco and peninsula committee? I wonder what sort of determinations they are make.
and most importantly:
PLEASE LOADS OF PARKING!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
Looks like real estater wrote this won.

Also note that this house has been on the market since July 24, 2006. Holy schnikes.

Sonar, that is because no offer has passed committee approval.
December 10th, 2008 at 2:35 pm
Not only that, mom & dad & kids are safe in first floor unit while you enjoy your drive. No wonder nobody’s made an offer, nobody can go out and work for the Peninsula and SF Committee.

Someone really should email this realtor.

Frankly, it looks like a trailer. A prefab maybe?

Jumping threads due to Spam protection blocking…
The distortion by Pralay continues. “Ever worked with Wipro?” was posed as a question for Pralay. How that got translated into “RE works for Wipro” is simply amazing.

If you don’t apologize to Pralay this minute then you are wrong.

RealEstater – The translation is mine. So you’re saying you don’t work for Wipro nor with Wipro?

Unemployment hits 26 year high. As we all know, unemployed people don’t typically buy houses.

How low do you think homes in the penninsula will go for as we hit bottom – say san mateo and hillsborough, belmont?
December 11th, 2008 at 9:07 am
hard to tell Colton. The priciest areas tend to fall in price last. It probably won’t fall as much as other areas, but I don’t think a 10-15% additional trimming of the avg price is out of the question, though far lower than the 30-40% of other areas.

No wonder he is clueless.

This place is over rated. The driveway scrapes the bottom of your vehicle and a big vehicle cannot park in the garage. Laminate floors are what sparkles.
