Frankly, my favorite aspect of this house is the grittiness of the staircase and the garage. It really makes me feel alive. It’s like your living in the hood, but not at the same time. Pretty cool!

I also like the Ikea/Cal color scheme of the house next door, and the split pea soup house on the other side. Another perk – interesting neighbors!
