OMG — check out the link, there is a Cupertino Housing Blog. Not much snark but some interesting links. And the last entry on page 1: REO on Ainsworth Drive. That’s Monta Vista High, folks.

CupertinoHousingBlog
Tracking housing in Cupertino and its vicinity
This proves the blog is not maintained by a realtor.

Herve, just the man I need to see. Is 94087 near Cupertino? Please look it up.

Congratulations Burbed! And to all of us who submitted articles/listings (I think this means everyone but RealEstater)!

It looks like it is. See this link.
Please let me know if you need additional information.
Yours faithfully,

Hey, what happened to A Lewis? I drove through his ‘hood tonight and had dinner at Mangia Mangia in Albany. That was really good, I’m going back there for sure. It reminds me of a place on Castro (Mountain View) called Vaso Azzurro, but I think Mangia Mangia has better food and isn’t as noisy.

Herve, that is excellent work. What a pleasure it is to work with a professional such as yourself. And since you are a professional, you must live in the RBA.

Unfortunately, he’s a professional worker bee.

But unlike you, instead of merely saying he’s here to help, he actually does.

Gosh I like when girls fight about me!

Herve says,
>>Gosh I like when girls fight about me!
Actually, it’s more like a woman fights for you.

There’s a “knife catchers” blog focused on Alameda for bob too!

Congratulations burbed and thanks to RealEstater and his idiosyncrasies for keeping the comment threads alive through 2008 and beyond. Make sure to give a donation to each other!

Gosh, where are my manners?
Congratulations, burbed! May this blog stay high on many lists.

Herve wins for #2.

Congratulations, burbed! Well deserved. When I first came to the site I was immediately impressed with your angle on the housing crisis, and the particular (peculiar?:-) ) brand of humor/wit/sarcasm you go after appeals very strongly to me (and obviously, to a lot of other people, too!).
Long live burbed!
And madhaus, sorry I was away what with all the juicy comments from you and others to respond to – I was just having a great weekend, that’s all. Too much fun stuff to do in the Bay Area with weather like we had to just post on Burbed all weekend.
Also, don’t you think my last long post covered a lot of ground and allows me to rest on my laurels for a little while? (oh wait, that requires laurels…)
February 2nd, 2009 at 11:44 am
But A, I even gave you a shout out above (#6) about driving through your neighborhood and everything! I tell you, I don’t do that for just anybody!

Congratulations Burbed! And to all of us who submitted articles/listings (I think this means everyone but RealEstater)!

But don’t forget that Chuckie is here to help. That’s what made burbed successful.
Congratulation to burbed!
