		<description>Looks like it has gone off the market.  Perhaps the seller read this blog and thought about the profit he/she could be making by increasing the asking price and/or the seller had so many offers that they decided to take the property off market.  I suspect the seller will leave the property off the market for a few weeks then relist it at a higher asking price (at true market rate)  hoping no one will notice the new increase and cash in on the instant equity.  Caching!</description>
