So many questions!

The foot bridge crosses Los Gatos creek, which is behind this house. There’s a little path there. Perhaps it will eventually connect up to LG creek trail.

In the satellite view, the north side of footbridge trail ends at other side freeway. What is there? Cement factory? Other end of trail ends at the front of self storage. With 960 sq-ft home, you do need a self-storage nearby. Perfect location. You know, real estate is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

If it was another hundred feet from the freeway, I would be trying to buy it right now. But the location is so weird. There’s nothing normal on the entire block.

What is so weird? This is the best location. Very convenient for every lifestyle. Jogger or biker? You have LG creek trail. Storage problem? You have self storage right behind backyard. Commute? Close to freeway. Anytime you want to renovate your home, you just need to follow the LG trail and scoop some cement from cement factory.
