Cute home located in the Willow Glen area and within walking distance to beautiful Downtown Willow Glen. Neighborhood is quite and secure, with easy Freeway access. Home is just steps away from the Los Gatos Trail and charming children’s park. This is a SHORT SALE

Hey, now this doesn’t look too shabby. Willow Glen! It’s affordable! Easy freeway access!

So why did sonarrat send this in?

Well, he was kind of surprised by this image:

Indeed – where is that footbridge going to? ANd what’s up with those houses at the end of the street? And will all your florescent lite bulbs glow at night because of the power lines?

So many questions!

But… at least it has easy freeway access. Visually I think it means. And, easy access to storage!

That little bit at the end of the street looks like a set for a “Road Warrior” remake.

Who’d have thought a year ago that a 2% rate of decline in the economy would be good news?

Private-sector forecasters agree that conditions are improving. They expect the downturn to moderate to a 2% annual pace of decline in growth in the current April-June period after falling at more than 6% rate in each of the last two quarters.

    Darn link probably won’t work…

  3. SiO2 Says:

The foot bridge crosses Los Gatos creek, which is behind this house. There’s a little path there. Perhaps it will eventually connect up to LG creek trail.

In the satellite view, the north side of footbridge trail ends at other side freeway. What is there? Cement factory? Other end of trail ends at the front of self storage. With 960 sq-ft home, you do need a self-storage nearby. Perfect location. You know, real estate is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

#3 – so you’re saying this home is “steps from LG Trail” just like it has “easy freeway access?” They’re both just. right. there. yet inaccessible directly.

Anyone remember willowglenner and his “nowhere desirable has fallen”?

No wonder he doesn’t come around anymore…

  7. nomadic Says:

Are you implying today’s house is desirable in some way?

  8. sonarrat Says:

If it was another hundred feet from the freeway, I would be trying to buy it right now. But the location is so weird. There’s nothing normal on the entire block.

  9. Pralay Says:

But the location is so weird.

What is so weird? This is the best location. Very convenient for every lifestyle. Jogger or biker? You have LG creek trail. Storage problem? You have self storage right behind backyard. Commute? Close to freeway. Anytime you want to renovate your home, you just need to follow the LG trail and scoop some cement from cement factory.

I’m saying that willowglenner would think its in willow glen and therefore desirable.

The posting gives us a clue as to why realtors like spelling errors so much. Since it would be a lie to state “very quiet” due to the nearby freeway, let’s just switch two letters! Quite. Very quite.

  12. Bk Says:

I’m guessing that wilowglenner would say that area is not the ‘real’ willow glen. It just has the same zip code. Willow glen douchebags usually call that ghetto glen btw.

  13. anon Says:

the “I don’t live in the ghetto, but the area that’s 4 blocks away? That’s ghetto.” syndrome. LOL

Like Palo Alto and Value Alto.
