(For that, you don't need a tarp on the roof, and it's got a bigger 8700 square foot lot.) I remember being amazed by the prices for houses on this stretch of Curtner, but I never would have imagined they'd drop so far so fast. If you could handle the constant stream of traffic and packed on-street parking, it wouldn't be a bad house. But $425K in Willow Glen - wow. It's a pair of goggles you give to prospective FBs when they are viewing your property.
