    Apr 21, 2009 – Price Changed – $499,000
    Apr 13, 2009 – Listed – $389,999
    Apr 15, 2005 – Sold – $550,000

    A $109K increase after one week on the market, then a $50K decrease. Already $100K below 2005 price.

    That’s not just a head, that’s a whole kid. How much for the kid?

    On a side note, who in their right mind actually wants to live in Milpitas? It smells like armpit and decaying realtor.

    Exactly. The prevalence of short sales on the market is one of the biggest problems, because two things have to happen: 1) find a buyer who is willing to wait months for a sale that may not happen, and 2) have a bank that will approve the package. And they’re not in the business of losing money, so they will drag their feet until they’re worn down to the bone.

    I lived in Milpitas for a year. I was way over by the hills, but man it was still rank. The cows grazing in the pasture on Piedmont Road didn’t help.

    Are those lighted wall pictures hanging at the dining room AND fireplace? Looks like someone did not just buy too many refrigerators.

    I did not know that you can change the price every two weeks, maybe the owner should make it indexed to NASDAQ.

    This house looks like something you’d see in say… Vietnam.Yes- 3rd world charm can be had right here in the Bay Area for ONLY $500,000!!
