Not too shabby. I mean… $480 per square foot for a house near 880? There’s got to be something special… right?
And indeed there is!
Let’s take a look at the photos:
Apparently, in this house, you can have a fridge in the dining room and the kitchen. Furthermore, you can disable the inertial dampener in the kitchen, to produce a shaky cam effect. Sweet! That’s the ultimate “talk about” feature that none of your other friends will have!
The 25th century is available today – in Milpitas!

How much extra do they want for the creepy head on the dining room table, or is this an added perk?

Interesting history:
Jun 05, 2009 – Price Changed – $449,000
Apr 21, 2009 – Price Changed – $499,000
Apr 13, 2009 – Listed – $389,999
Apr 15, 2005 – Sold – $550,000
A $109K increase after one week on the market, then a $50K decrease. Already $100K below 2005 price.

That’s not just a head, that’s a whole kid. How much for the kid?

It is an interesting history, but being a short sale the list price really doesn’t matter since the bank has to approve any offer.

You could probably find houses of that size in Campbell for that price now.
On a side note, who in their right mind actually wants to live in Milpitas? It smells like armpit and decaying realtor.
(Yes, I realize the above is a redundant statement)

Hey that kid goes with the livingroom fridge. He’s there to get you a cold brewski out of that fridge any time you snap your fingers. That’s livin’ good in Milpenis.

Exactly. The prevalence of short sales on the market is one of the biggest problems, because two things have to happen: 1) find a buyer who is willing to wait months for a sale that may not happen, and 2) have a bank that will approve the package. And they’re not in the business of losing money, so they will drag their feet until they’re worn down to the bone.

Two words: It stinks
I lived in Milpitas for a year. I was way over by the hills, but man it was still rank. The cows grazing in the pasture on Piedmont Road didn’t help.

Are those lighted wall pictures hanging at the dining room AND fireplace? Looks like someone did not just buy too many refrigerators.
I did not know that you can change the price every two weeks, maybe the owner should make it indexed to NASDAQ.
