The second house is like a construction site, the first one bought at May 27, 08 then probably foreclosed/short sale on Nov 27, the current owner did fight for 1 1/2 years (or he is kicked out long before, and it takes that long for the bank to put it up for sale). :) Brian, why those houses are listed way under their neighborhood price? Billy Mays (R.I.H.)((Rot In Hell)) and the other guy were doing the test marketing on it and everybody said "Smells like spray paint." I kept thinking "maybe because it IS spray paint?"
