When it's all said and done, $500k is not bad for a 2bed house in BH. Assuming the illegal construction passes the eye test, my guess is this will sell for very close to asking. A famous saying of mine: Yesterday's temporary becomes today's permenant. I myself live in a 60 year old POS of a trailer, complete with added-on (by myself, I"m so proud) corrugated steel roof that's tied down with ropes! The fresh air is wonderful, as it comes in through half-inch wide cracks and missing window panes, winter and summer! Makes me feel like a middle-aged Jack London, in fact going and living on a boat and being an oyster pirate would be great if it weren't for the humming fish.
