Hard to find property. Absolutely gorgeous new Construction home with Possible income property attached. Live and work in the same property. Mixed used building with everything imaginable. Stunning executive living above with ample storage and business/ office space below. Seperate entrances for both. Featuring top schools, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen, stainless steal appliances, wired & more!
Wow, this house has top schools and high ceilings! And how about those appliances, they’re a steal! ha ha ha.
I like that it has a little retail section at the bottom
Just think of all the creative things you could do with this space! Personally, I would use it to open a place to buy tickets to take tours of the house!
But… one challenge is that it may be hard to find property, as the listing says. I means, sure it’s right off Stevens Creek Blvd, but still… perhaps you’d want a house to be on SCB so that you can show off your pride of ownership to everyone.
BTW, you heard it here first… SCB – Stevens Creek Blvd!

Launching your start-up in a garage is so yesterday – today’s moguls need work/live space to unleash their creative juices.
You could take your huge bags of cash off of the sidelines, mortgage this property to the hilt and use the money for the start-up! Win/win: home ownership AND the prestigious title of Founder/President!

Is now a good time to buy in Cupertino?
December 9th, 2009 at 2:21 pm
Hard to find because all the houses look the same in Cuptertino.
December 9th, 2009 at 2:28 pm
Just to set your expectations, this site is probably going to be flakey for the rest of the week.
I’m tweaking some settings on the host to reduce costs.

A few ideas:
- add giant banner asking for donations (like Wikipedia’s), or at least make donations link more visible
- make burbed a nonprofit organization
- double donation amounts (why ask for $300 when you can ask for $600?)
- forget what I just said, ask for $888
- get your company to match donations made to burbed

have someone pay you for the privilege to post main articles

> have someone pay you for the privilege to post main articles
Are you kidding? How many “Herve weeks” have there been? If anything, burbed should pay me

How many “Herve weeks” have there been?
Okay, submit articles four days (for a fee), get the fifth free!

If anyone wants to write up a “main post” for an upcoming sunday (when the posts are most random), do let me know.
Oh heck, just write it and email it to me.
December 9th, 2009 at 9:44 pm
but how much do we owe you if you decide to publish? I’m on a tight budget…

Is plagiarism allowed? If so, I would like to write about “on-going party”. What fun!

I’d love to see a fictitious story about Pralay’s open-house visits adventure.

It’ll be hard to beat this

He just need to change his existing banners.

- make burbed a nonprofit organization

In addition, his blog needs picture of engraved brick for each donor. Money will start flowing.

“I’d love to see a fictitious story about Pralay’s open-house visits adventure.”
Would you? Would you like to know that you’re the only one on this forum who values their free time so little that they willingly talk to realtors and other home buyers?

My personal favorite is millionaire home builder’s sister and “certain qualifications” for 94301.

“10. Renting is just throwing money away. Throw some money on Burbed too.”
I am reminded of the “Buy one WTF – It’s only money.” pic over on IHB…

It would be like this:
RealEstater is attending an open house, walking distance from University Ave. Not a single visitor in whole day. Couple of phones calls but nothing encouraging. Getting bored, RealEstater starts Burbed-ing on his notebook. Suddenly an Indian guy shows up. It seems he is in hurry.
“Good afternoon! How are you?”, greets RealEstater.
“Where is the restroom?”, the guy asks.
“You should see the remodeled kitchen with granite countertop first.”, says RealEstater.
The guy does not wait. He goes strait to restroom. From side he says “Food in Zoya is so bad!”
