Merry Christmas everyone.
Any criticism of this house must be weighed against its price. At this price, it’s a good deal any way you look at it. The house is actually only steps away from Palo Alto. Yes, Palo Alto extends East of Fwy 101. You can see Palo Alto Airport is right there. There can’t be any crime to that side since no one lives at the airport.

R Estater,
By your logic, this POS should be worth a lot more since it’s in Palo Alto. Should it be worth $1 million? Or are the rest of the POS Palo Alto properties worth a lot less?
Wait, I’m sorry. What am I thinking?! You have NO logic.

ideal user – I think the bars on the windows are a hint that the location isn’t so great.
