Beautiful home featuring remodeled bathrooms, brand new roof, newer heating system, new wood floors, new carpet, new kitchen. New paint inside and out. This house has many upgrades that have been completed in the last few months. Feels like a new home inside. Great location, Great schools, Close to shopping.

$869 per square foot in Cupertino – fantastic! Now these are the numbers I like!

This house has all these remodels, these upgrades – it’s got everything! So much so that it can’t be documented in photos. You see, if there were photos of all these changes, it’d probably crash the internet.

But as a clue, just check out that paint on the outside. Pretty sweet huh? That’s enough so you don’t need to look inside!

I’ll be sold soon so better put your offer in ASAP!

Dull houses in Cupertino do not even deserve our attention.

    Boring.

    herve, awesome.

Yep. Looks like a pre-fab house. I even skipped my customary morning comment because of its utter blandness.

Are we all clear for take off now?

Here is the equivalent Austin house:

Well, technically the Austin house is 11k more. Imagine the nerve of some Texas yokel commanding a premium for his dwelling versus a RBA property! :-)

    BuyersAreIdiots,

All I can say is “Wow!!!”.

I would hate to mow that lawn but then again I am sure if I can afford that house I can afford someone to mow the lawn and clean the pool.

  7. Joe Says:

    BAI,

    Thanks for the equivalent.

At that price, one house shows you’ve “made it”, the other house shows you’re a “sucker” (and future bagholder).

  8. anon Says:

Ah, but joe – the question remains which one is which? Would you rather have a prime piece of RBA property or a mcmansion just like everyone else in the middle of nowhere?

  9. Pralay Says:

Feels just like home – right in the heart of RBA.

  10. Jasont Says:

That’s the most expensive double-wide I’ve ever seen!

  11. nomadic Says:

Pralay, that’s hilarious. I wonder how many third graders can afford that rent, and if it comes with the slob in the living room?

Some people just don’t understand the allure of “owning” in Palo Alto.
Cost of renting versus cost of buying a house in PA
