Wow, just check out this neighborhood of distinction. It’s a got an REI, an OfficeMax, a Target, an Old Navy… those stores don’t exist in any ol’ neighborhood! Only neighborhoods of distinction! Like this one!

And look! It’s even got a wood burning fireplace! Just… uh… watch out for those spare the air days.

The 150 sqft Chateau is probably the best part of this house. Look, it’s even got its own planter! Just think of the businesses you’ll be able to start there. Or, even better, you can rent it out as a pied-à-terre for others to enjoy this neighborhood of distinction.

Regardless, I think this Realtor deserves a bonus for this extra effort. Buyer… give the guy an extra % of the sales price!

LOL I had a good laugh reading all the photo captions. What a pile of sh*t. Which realtard posted this?

  2. CB Says:

I wonder if this Realtard keeps her notes in a Pee-Chee folder.

  3. Nomadic Says:

This must be the same ‘tard who tried to sell a house in my neighborhood a year or so ago. The seller tried to sell for months but he ran out of time. It was foreclosed and sold for about the same price as the guy had been asking before.

Why didn’t I think to get “Easy pull-out drawers, etc” when I bought my house? Here I am stuck with these hard to pull out drawers. It’s just depressing–first no Viking range, and now no easy pull-out drawers….

And there is no telling what all the “etc” gets you. Maybe a refrigerator with a door you can actually open?

This Realtard and the one that loves to Adobe-fy his/her images need to join forces. The end result would probably put Avatar to shame! 🙂

No granite counter tops or SS appliances in the kitchen? Who is this renegade seller?!

Anyone watching the red shoots in the market today? Wheeeeeeeeeeee….

  8. nomadic Says:

c’mon anon, that just means it’s another buying opportunity!

  9. anon Says:

Buy on the way down like real estater the “pro.”

  10. bob Says:

The market is pretty spooked since Obama is threatening them with regulations. Not that I exactly disagree with his decision, but it isn’t very good for business- especially business that relies on blowing bubbles.

  11. bob Says:

Better not be too fat if you buy this house. You’ll get stuck turning around in the kitchen.

  12. BobbyS Says:

It’s deliberately way under-priced to get more buyer’s to bid up the price. It can go for 900k+. You can’t easily buy such convenience to strip malls. People spend big bucks to live near Target and Hometown Buffet, which are two places with the distinctions of having high class and grace. You can decorate the home with the fine particle board furnishings from Target then have a feast fit for a royal family at the Hometown Buffet. Afterward, you can take the kids to “The Jungle” for fun and games. This is indeed the lifestyle of the rich and famous. I envy whoever will buy this palace with its own chateau.

  13. BobbyS Says:

There needs to be a TV show showcasing how the wealthy people of the RBA live in their million dollar 1600 sqft 1950s abodes furnished with Target/Ikea/Home Depot furnishings. I would love to see how they drive from architecturally amazing big box store to architecturally amazing big box store on wide freeway-like arteries (pedestrians are so pedestrian). I aspire to live such a lifestyle.

I went to an open house close to this one this week-end: 18644 Paseo Tierra. Less than $800K for a 10,744 sq ft lot. The house is old but the realtor was driving a Mercedes so I think it’s a good deal.

  16. nomadic Says:

RE should buy that one and let us know how well the cash flow works for him.
