Thanks to Burbed reader Jeff for this find!
Here’s what Jeff had to say:
The first picture obviously has that funky sky that typical of the overboard photoshopping. Maybe its part of "Ideal for entertaining", you know, entertaining guests with LSD. Some of the bedroom photoshopping makes it look like it has mold problems and glowing rugs.
You know what? I bet Jeff also didn’t like Avatar because he hates how technology makes everything better.
Just look at this picture:
Without the use of technology, you might look at this and think “Yuck, it’s a 1950’s kitchen”. But with technology? It looks like it’s from the future.
OMG the future is so bright from this house you’ll need to wear shades to see it!

“Boasts 1,500 sqft of Living Space”
My home must drop it’s pants and extend two middle fingers to the world as it flaunts it’s 1,700 sq ft.

Sold already.
CB, drop the apostrophes first. Or was it an homage to bob?

I think the realtard is a vampire. The listing says “excessive natural light.” How is that possible, unless you work the night shift and have to sleep all day?

Herve, I make no grammar considerations before 8 AM.

Here’s another photoshop extravaganza with an over-optimistic seller:
http://www.redfin.com/CA/Los-Gatos/116-Boyer-Ln-95030/home/1473579
Check out the uber-tiny lot size. Their neighbor at 131 Boyer tried selling last year for $1.85M before giving up.

Nah, the realtard prolly just misused the circular polarizer when trying to accentuate the color of the sky.
February 2nd, 2010 at 12:11 pm
#5 pretty funny:)

It’s not a polarizer. It’s just overly misused “Recover Highlights/Shadows” filter. Actually I see this kind of photoshop work all over MLS and Craigslist. Looks like it’s the same person working for RE agencies. I wonder how much he makes hourly for this crap.

This house is pretty cheap for San Mateo, isn’t it?
February 3rd, 2010 at 6:06 pm
Cheap? It’s about 25% above the market price. That’s in the middle of Mexican ghetto by the way. I driving by to gym every day there. Drugs are sold at every corner there.
February 3rd, 2010 at 7:38 pm
Walking by – apparently it was not above market price. It sold for 4% above list in a week, as noted by San Matean in his or her facetious yet factual post.

Walking by-
You sure you’re in the right neighborhood? I run by here all the time and I’ve never seen anything shady, but maybe I’m not looking in the right places. Seems to me most of the thug life is East of ECR, really more like East of 101.
The worst thing I’ve seen around here is a gaggle of teenage hooligans screwing around on their way home from Hillsdale.
