I’m mystified as to why this house hasn’t sold yet! Two for the price of one in an exellent area! I mean, heck, it’s right near Santana Row and Valley Fair. And look at that awesome garage. You can feel safer at night, knowing that you’re sleeping right next to your trophy car – or… possibly… sleeping with your trophy car!
Sure the pictures don’t really explain how there’s two houses, but that’s ok – we’re a faith based real estate web site. Just think of the opportunities! You can rent one of the houses out for shoppers who are making the pilgrimage at Santana Row. Cha ching! Exellent area indeed!

There is a mountain of un-tapped equity to be mined here! First, it’s a short sale and the bank is chipping in on that instant equity; and second, it sold for $182k in 1991… that means (because real estate doubles every 10 years!) it is actually worth about $700k today!
