Thanks to Burbed reader Jeff for this find!

Guess what everyone! Burlingame is now officially affordable! You heard it here first.

That stuff in the roof? Probably just some dirt that needs to be painted away. I mean, it’s located a little close to a few cars:

So… it’s probably just a little soot. Nothing some paint can’t fix.

That said. If you could keep the interior as is, you might be able to charge admission for it:

Hey… Is that a Hidden Mickey?

I think there’s a lot of potential here. And just think of all the opportunities with that funky interior, and the nifty triangular lot on the outside! The Burlingame Mystery Mansion perhaps?

Looks more like a “decor Mickey.”

Wow, the zestimate for this place is over $700k! It would make a good case study for Zillow to figure out the flaws in its algorithm.

we seriously need someone to keep track of these properties to see what happens to them in 3-6 months. If this sells for this price I’m outta here. Done and done. Portland, Sea-Tac, Raleigh, Austin, Boulder…

This is just starting to piss me off. And if there’s ever a rental tax, I’m moving into a tent.

last sold for $355k in 2002.

how is it be a short sale if it’s selling for $595k today? huge mortgage equity withdrawal?

That ….. is just an utter POS. Double goes for the location. WTF?
