Who will be the owner of this lucky house with the lucky price and the beautiful mawble… um… I mean, marble columns? Will it be this one, or that one? This one or that one?
This house is clearly meant for the jet set living in the east bay. Lindsey? Mel? Maybe it’s time for a change of scenery! Try chillaxing here in the Bay Area – it might do you some good!

…and for that price, you get two “gargages” too. Moron.

You get a lot of house and land for the money with this property. Here’s its sister property in the vicinity:

What a perfectly vulgar house.

Columns don’t fit my tastes in any respect, but they are somewhat appropriate in this caliber of home. The greater column related problem in Fremont is the ho hum single story SFHs in the flats all dressed up as palaces.

This house looks tacky in a sort of 70′s Las Vegas-Elvis sort of way. Its kind of like a Cadillac Cimarron. That and I assume that the folks who buy this will surely have perfect children and want only the best. But they’ll have to put down rubber mats or something because inevitably the kids are gonna’ want to run with wet feet on that marble floor.

[...] we think you’ll enjoy this photo a lot more, given that 46890 Rancho Higuera Road was already featured in Burbed, is Kawlumed up the wazoo, and has gone pending a second time. [...]
