Thanks to burbed reader A/GQ for this find!
Wow! It’s a Ditz Crane builder home. That means… uh… it’s a Ditz Crane home.
I like the positioning that this is just minutes from DeAnza. Is this house supposed to be a great deal for parents who are looking to buy their student children a home – as an investment? Perplexing.
But let’s get to the meat of the matter – why is this so darn cheap? Just $599 per square foot? This is insulting! Where’s the $888 happy ending? Shouldn’t people be “stoked” for this house?
Oh… wait…
Oh. Yeah. That sort of explains the oversized back yard. But look at the power lines! Free energy possibility?
Another thing that’s inaccurate about this listing? It’s really seconds to 280.

This site is SO critical. There is an entire service road between the house and 280 and the neighbors all have pools. You’re ignoring the constant breeze from the highway and it’s near a park! Focus on the positive, people. Once you put your pool in it’ll be just like living in Hawaii.

It has also been featured before. Of course since it is a true RBA property so there have been no price drops since then.

Burbed… shame on you for not mentioning the Train tracks that come through everyday @ 330pm. You need to look at the map again and enlarge a bit.
I had so much more respect for your detective work!

“But it’s under a million.”
Why not buy two?

It’s relisted again! Again at close to $1M!
Can someone explain why don’t the owners sell it for $650k and enjoy the money (they bought the house for $400k)?
Why keep try selling it for more than 2 years at a price that wouldn’t attract any buyer?
May be this house is their retirement plan??

Maybe the house has a couple of HELOCs, taking the debt up to $900k+.

So close yet so far away.
