This looks like a nice quality remodel for a starter home. They shouldn’t have been too cheap to put in the dishwasher though; they don’t cost that much.
Still, there’s no helping the location.

Did they seriously do the “airbrushed look” Photoshop job on a house in EPA? I guess he did pay $55K cash for the place, he had a few extra dollars to spend on marketing.

It looks like the flip is back! Buy for $55k, install a little granite, no dishwasher necessary, and voilà, instant equity, even if today’s asking price is about half of what the place sold for back in 2004.

Yes but that means it will be worth $840k in 2014. Heck, it should be worth $600k by this June.
#2, I love how the house is “airbrushed” but they left the cracks in the driveway.

It looks almost like they “airbrushed” some moss in the cracks – hey, it’s flagstone if you use your imagination!

What a cute little wannabee Snout House!

Are you sure that is not a single wide impersonating a double wide?? Look at the street view from google

Also, somebody punched the green up too much in the yard pictures. That hurt.

With that much airbrushing, I’m surprised they didn’t strap on a pair of stripper tits on the front.

That’s a much better posting than we usually see for houses that are listed for ten times as much. Maybe this realtard is actually a realtor.
where are Pralay and DreamT?????? Has the muffling of RE, deprived Pralay of a purpose in life???? will he be reduced to pointing out the inconsistencies and absurdities of politicians or journalists??

I’m so busy rating comments, I have no time left to write an original one
for now anyway.
Srsly the weather’s been too kind to be online. Also it’s Frangipane season. So why revel in the negative?

I think this is the annual missing-Pralay season when he goes to visit family and let a certain regular rebuild his self-image.

It’s taken me a while to realize this, but I totally heart you burbed. Totally. I’ve missed your posts, it’s nice to see them every one in a while!
