Ok, some torture instruments from medieval Europe. Cool. This house has some history.

I like the modern art piece! And… the… whatever it is on the toilet seat! (It looks like tracking dots for CG purposes. Are they animating the next Aquaman here?)

YES! I am a lurker on this site and I have been waiting for this house to get picked up on here! The minute I saw the bathroom and the little boy in the living room I knew a Burbed post was sure to come. Nice job, love your site!

  3. A. Lewis Says:

Leftover Halloween directions, too! How much instant equity is that!?

  4. A. Lewis Says:

directions = decorations. My kingdom for editable posts.

  5. The Gilroy Alex Says:

Put that kid to work at the farmer’s markets playing his lil’ ukulele and he pays your property tax! Win!

  6. madhaus Says:

Fail! Buy this house and have to come up with a third round of college tuition for the kid? The only way to break even is to list the house and fund his tuition from the massive overbidding.

So I need to buy a different house to pay for my own kids’ college bills. Talk about sunk costs for this house. Makes me wish it found a sunk hole.

  7. CB Says:

    I agree, the kid’s a liability. Like a pool.

  8. bob Says:

Looks like the current owners suffer from some sort of fear that there could be a toilet paper shortage as evidenced by the enormous stack on the toilet.

  9. nomadic Says:

#6, don’t be silly, madhaus. This is a spare kid. Kind of like Cinderella. This one can do the yardwork and whatever chores. Rent the house out later and make him do the maintenance.

How can this house not be a REO or short sale? The pictures scream FB.

“Rent the house out later and make him do the maintenance.”

Only takes ONE kid to change a light bulb. I’m guessing he can probably pour Drano too.

  11. The Gilroy Alex Says:

#8 maybe the missus is just a really ….. crappy ….. cook? Family has “the runs” all the time?

  12. anon Says:

What’s with all the digs? This is a great house for a family whose household income is $177,000 a year!

  13. Alex Says:

That toilet paper pile is classic!

You’ll never have to worry about staining the floor or carpet while searching for toilet paper again.

  14. Tuno Says:

    tp cache = commodies bet

  15. Real Alex Says:

Are these pics from a ghetto? Oh I see… it’s beautiful San Carlos.
