That’s one
delusionaltenacious seller.January 26th, 2011 at 9:19 am
On Redfin 473 days. What’s it going to take before the seller is begging someone to disturb the hell out of those tenants?
January 26th, 2011 at 9:54 am
473 days, definitely not selling shortly. Free tip for seller: remove a digit from the price. Might make a difference.

That wishing price is the equivalent of your dog taking a dump in the middle of the carpet during your cocktail party.

C’mon, circular driveway is unique and worth a million!

DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS. NO MATTER HOW INTERESTED YOU ARE !! THIS MEANS YOU !!
Just another brick to stack on the argument that Realtors are the dumbest sacks to roam the planet.

Those tenants must be rabid for the realtard to get so worked up. Or maybe the tenant threatened the ‘tard and it’s not actually meant to “protect” the prospective buyer.

In the past 490 days, imagine how many bottom feeders like WG and RE have stopped by and asked to see the inside….

Oh, and what a prime house for a family with an income of $125k.
January 26th, 2011 at 1:31 pm
So it’s not a short sale, you know why? Because it was already foreclosed in 1994. Ahahahahaha! Last sale at $115K in Sept ’94. That sounds a little on the high side for current market.
No sign of any loans on the place in PropertyShark. Maybe the owner enjoys the thrill of opening a rent check every month.

“Those tenants must be rabid…”
Probably just wanting to avoid the type of people looking at low-priced homes–you know, $375,000.00 is only 75% of not a lot of money. Rather than busloads of tourists from China and India, do you think the tenant wants rival gangbangers and thugs knocking once and firing twice? Even the best [=worst] gangbangers and thugs know to avoid some battles.

Cool! Go over to the Redfin page and look at Streetview. There’s a dude sitting in his chair in the “circular driveway” supervising traffic operations. No wonder they said “do not disturb tenants.” I bet he has a 12 gauge under that chair.

#11 nope they’re just TIRED. They’re out maintaining your yard, washing dishes at the restaurant where you eat lunch, washing your car at the car wash, stocking the shelves at Safeway, etc. Then all 8 of ‘em gotta fit into that little house. That’s how the house looks in the daytime, after work hours except for the stockers and dishwashers) that driveway is packed with hoopties.
Which makes me think of a great username, maybe I should become “packed with hoopties”.

Any guesses at how fat the rent checks are?
On the one hand it’s listed as a cheap fixer, so my guess is that the rent is rather low. On the other hand, it’s cheaper to own, so the rent must be rather high.

Owning by my calculation (which is not a popular method, being realistic) would be $3750 a month. That means you need 7-8 people in there at $500 each.
January 26th, 2011 at 8:56 pm
The seller doesn’t want to be disturbed by busloads of people offering $199,999.
