Sooner or later they’ll get the price under 300, then it will sell.

Where else can you find homes with such reinforcement with prices over $400k? Deals like this don’t happen in Tracy, much less flyover land.
Yes, I know what you’re thinking: The joy of the Bay Area is worth double the price, no matter how high!

Pride of ownership!

Dorothy: [has just arrived in the little green house, looking around and awed at the beauty and splendor] Toto, I’ve a feeling we’re not in EPA any more.
Dorothy: [after a pause] We must be in RBA!
[a bubble appears in the sky and gets closer and closer. It finally lands, then turns into Glinda the Real Estate Agent wearing a spectacular white dress and holding a colorful property flyer]
Dorothy: [to Toto] Now I… I know we’re not in EPA!
Sorry guys. After reading:
“Go little green house go!”
I was reminded of the above scene from The Wizard of Oz.

Bay Area Spirit lives on!
PALOS VERDES, Calif (Reuters) – Netflix Chief Executive Reed Hastings wouldn’t be surprised if Netflix had to pay up to $200 million to renew a licensing deal with Liberty Media’s Starz network.
“We are paying more for content every time we renew,” Hastings said about striking new content agreements. “We view that as a positive.”

#5, it’s a positive for Palos Verdes real estate. Don’t know about Los Gatos.

I know this hood well. Don’t leave your body armor at home.

I don’t regularly follow this market, but it seems like EPA prices have appreciated quite a bit. There are tons of homes you can buy in Sunnyvale these days for less than the asking price of this home.

And the survival rate is much higher in Sunnyvale too!

Speaking of Sunnyvale, check out the abbrev’s in this awesome listing:

Sunnyvale and Santa Clara is FULL of meth-heads, ready to break into your car to take out your Pioneer DEH-1300 you bought on Amazon without missing a beat.
Hide your white women.
Inter-MT. View or Palo Alto, that’s where I do my breaking and entering.

This is the same neighborhood as the gangland shooting of an innocent family and the death of a 3-month old in EPA this week:
http://www.mercurynews.com/crime-courts/ci_18216194
One of the shooters got arrested one block away from the shooting. No one said these guys were smart — who goes on a shooting spree a block away from your base? With any luck, these guys will not be treated kindly in prison.

All right, this is cold, but what kind of baby shower ends at 1AM and why do parents keep their kids out (in EPA, mind you) that late?
Corntrollio, I hope they try the 17-year-old as an adult so he can see what prison is like for grown ups.
