Well, that’s not all you get, Wendie.  You can select 8 finishes, and we’re talking Excellent Builder James Witt that has been building homes for over 40 years.  So that’s 5 years per finish.

Hmmm.  So is Excellent Builder James Witt a person, place, or thing?  And if that has imagebeen building homes for over 40 years, wait, it’s homes, so at least he/it hasn’t been working on this one since 1971.

I do wonder just which is more unlikely, though, that this house is going to be ready in six weeks, or that the agent is going to update the virtual tour so we don’t conclude that Excellent Builder James Witt has done nothing but tear up the yard.

But since this Barron Park Style Home with Great Room definitely won’t be ready in time for school starting next Tuesday, you could camp out in what’s left of the back yard.  I hear there’s a Great Room overlooking it.

    Hey, it’s in Palo Alto, I don’t have to do NOTHING to this dirt, you can PAY me millions for the privilege of having a 95% unfinished project that I will abandon if I feel like it.

    The total lot is about 1/5th of an acre.

    You couldn’t pay me to live in Palo Alto.

    I, however, would just like to put out there that you could pay me to live in Palo Alto. I would happily accept 2.5 million to live in Palo Alto. I would stipulate, however, that it be in an actual house, but on the virtual tour site it says this is supposed to be done in August, so it must be so!

    Looks like the listing taken off already. Probably overbidding took where price needs to be. Talk about value (I mean dirt and sand).
