Larry Unloads His Other Woodside Listing

We’ve spent too much time talking about Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg, so it’s time to show Larry Ellison a little Burbed love.  And why not, when you could be the next owner of this Woodside home he’s no longer using, since he’s too busy buying up every piece of lakefront property on Tahoe he can find.

I deliberately misled you by putting the last picture up on the Redfin overview shot.  That’s the guesthouse, or the equestrian facilities, or maybe both.  I used that shot because I thought Burbed readers really enjoy seeing the house in KawlumVision.

And if that isn’t worth $23 million $19 million, I don’t know what is.  Although it’s too bad you won’t have Larry as a neighbor if you buy here.  His Japanese castle is almost a mile away.  Neighbors love having Larry next door since he picks fights about things like tree heights and solves the problem by buying your house for $40 million.

OP, it’s eerie, creepy and other Halloween related words that if you enter the stats into the Real Bay Area Calculator it actually returns ‘Larry Ellison’. Pretty nifty.

I was surprised to see that there was a curious lack of columns on the inside of the house. The front lured me into a false sense of ‘cawlum’… which is like a more expensive form of ‘calm’. Only people in the RBA can afford it.

Not such a bad value for almost 7 acres in Wood Side.

  3. SEA Says:

This is a great value: Buy today and sell for $46M in a few years.

Is there something about money that prevents taste?

I already don’t think much of Tahoe, because every time I see a full-sized SUV parked diagonally across two parking spaces (one of them a handicapped space for bunus points) it’s got a sticker saying KEEP TAHOE BLUE.

Ellison and his mawbul cawlumns ought to fit right in.

  5. Divasm Says:

I love how the Realtard tosses in “Woodside Elementary” at the end of the listing, as though that’s going to add value to the buyer. Oh, it’s in the Woodside Elementary zone? That totally tips this deal because I really want to send my kids to local public schools!

As PKamp3 already pointed out, this price range does NOT get you a rating of “School shopper” on the RBA Calculator.

  6. madhaus Says:

Pond-like pool? Is there a shed-like structure too?

  7. nomadic Says:

Hey, my pool was “pond-like” when my pump died a few weeks ago. Should I have hurried up and sold at a premium? Damn, I just don’t know value when it’s green & fuzzy in my own backyard!

Don’t the smart buyers realize they’d better snap this up before interest rates go higher?

  9. YOU can afford Woodside! Yes, YOU! (Outbuilding garage is currently not usable) [Burbed.com] Says:

[...] the record-breaking property sale.  Also home of Larry Ellison (well, one of of homes, because he sold the other one).  Point is, Woodside is for CEOs and Venture Capitalists, not worker bees.  WRONG!  Today’s [...]
