ON REDFIN: 143 daysGreat fixer in Brisbane with Million dollar views of SF, bay and city lights. Open floor plan 2br 1bath – needs much work.
You don’t realize just how much work this place needs: “Open floor plan” doesn’t mean what you think it means.
Also I am going to spot this place the Bay view despite what I can see from the street, which looks like several houses in better repair than this one. But an Ocean view as well? I’m dubious. As to the “city lights,” they didn’t tell you it was Foster City.

The only thing that would make this place worth it would be if that garage had a subterranean connection to the house, preferably via fireman pole. “Quick Robin, to the BatPrius!”

Secret LaBAWatawry! What would be on an RBA utility belt?
- Financial Calculator (to check your equity)
- GPS (to make sure you haven’t crossed an RBA border)
- Rose-tinted opera glasses
- Handy map of every single school district
- Sushi finder
- Latte locator
- FET multimeter (so you don’t end up finding what z2amiller did after taking possession)
I’m sure that belt needs more toys. What else?
