ON REDFIN: 67 daysA wooded terraced landscape located along San Francisquito Creek bordering Crescent Park, one of Palo Alto’s finest neighborhoods and across the street from the University Circle office complex, home of the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel of Silicon Valley.
It looks tranquil enough, as long as it isn’t in that Special Flood Zone we keep hearing about; whoops, it’s “In Flood Plain” according to the listing information. Plain, not Special at all. But if you don’t like the house you end up building here, check into the hotel across the street!
Now, what kind of building would you site on this lot?
Maybe a spaghetti factory? Does it matter, really? It’s bordering one of Palo Alto’s finest neighborhoods!

Perfect for a steel strip mill, rolling mill or extruding operation!
The people who live on the other side of the creek should buy it together to create a DMZ.

If I owned one of the houses it backs against, I’d be trying to buy it. Your own private “annoy the hell out of the neighbors” strip to rollerblade down with a 80′s style boombox! Priceless!

Think outside the box: dig a tunnel and smuggle drugs/immigrants from East Palo Alto to Palo Alto.

This place reminds me that RBA is right in the middle of garbage.

Just another reminder that Palo Alto is a sh!thole.
