If I owned one of the houses it backs against, I’d be trying to buy it. Your own private “annoy the hell out of the neighbors” strip to rollerblade down with a 80′s style boombox! Priceless!

Think outside the box: dig a tunnel and smuggle drugs/immigrants from East Palo Alto to Palo Alto.
