It looks like the art of writing great real estate copy has been lost in this new decade. Just look at the primary photo! Doesn’t this call for some reference to the enormous parking opportunities that this house has to offer? Just look at all the vans and suv’s that can fit in that driveway.
You know what this house really is right? It’s a safe house. Yep. Part of the CIA’s “black site” network. (Or CTU – you never know.) Those vans and suvs in the driveway? Disguised.

Looks like you’re sharing a driveway here with a smallish apartment or condo complex (Unless that’s a monster house next door). Also not sure why the listing copy is so excited about a non-permitted addition, although I guess that makes the 970sqft sting less.
Also, $670K in 2006.
Still makes me sad when I see people losing their, uh, butts like that, makes me wonder if I could be next.

#1 – Relax, it won’t happen to you. RE always goes up, remember? They’re not making any more land and all that. Just got the final bill for the lightbulbs and draino required to replace the retaining walls. I know our contractor is having a Merry Christmas. (Hint, it was more than 1% of the purchase price.)

That Tuffshed is an interrogation hut? I thought someone was just livng there for $700/month, plus more DHO in the converted garage for $800, which would explain the DHO-like vehicles in the shared driveway.
I just have no imagination.
