   So… original house razed and new house built without permitting/inspection? Or did a giant house-pooping bird fly by overhead and encase the existing 2-1 with a fecally-green hued covering?

   That part with the front door that’s poking out of the right side might be the original shack. They’ve been trying to drop this deuce for over a year and a half now!

   By lowering the price the seller is sending the wrong message. The price should be increasing, and a buyer should buy before he is ‘priced out forever.’

   Seller will consider some financing.

   We’re going to be seeing offers of seller financing a LOT in the future. But I like how the seller hides behind weasel words like “will consider” and “may be larger.”

   They forgot to mention the POTENTIAL of this place, though.

   I bought an office trailer recently and I just measured it, frankly I just counted floor tiles. I also recently, because I got curious, measured the trailer I live in, I thought it was 8′ by 25′ and it’s more like, actually inside, 7′ by 21′ or so.

   I spent too much time driving around in the Santa Cruz Mountains today and I don’t understand the appeal. Tiny twisty roads, huge trees everywhere, and everyone’s got either an eccentric hippy house or a faux country estate.
