The science fiction that you only dreamed about is here. Text now randomly pops up when you visit properties.
I bet this house says “Please wait while 19051 other buyers are touring, bitch!” when you step up to it. What else could it possibly say?
But, as they say – true love is always worth the wait…

Ahh, the Bay Area: deep lots and plenty of Snout Houses! I just wonder why they replaced the cabinets and counters before using weed killer in the driveway cracks… priorities, people…

The Redfin agent says: “”Quite neighborhood. Some area of the house was a bit hard to visualize due to furniture. ”

Too bad we don’t get to see the furniture… Maybe the agent could update with some pics for us. And he can take “potential” short sale off the listing too, unless he’s referring to the bank’s likelihood of approving one.

Well, that was weird. I think I accidentally made yesterday’s post sticky, which put January 2nd on top of January 3rd. Some readers may have concluded there wasn’t a new article today.
I think Burbed has had new weekday content for almost six years, with weekend articles for most of that time as well. If there isn’t a new post up, feel free to let me know as it’s usually a simple publishing bug.
We now return to your regularly scheduled crapboxen. Ummm… This house is a great deal! Selling for less than 2000 price!

I was wondering when you or burbed would figure it out, and figured it was related to the downtime issues this morning.
Mostly, I was really wondering how they crammed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms into just 892 square feet!

I think it reads “Please wait while the NAR picks your carcass clean.”
