Get my award for scariest pictures . How about the price 999,988. Too bad I didn’t see this before Halloween

Well if Tracy liked it at $999,988, then how do you like it at $950K?  Other than taking out those lucky eights, this is a great find, especially if you always wanted to live near a world famous newsmaking site.  And while the news is over, there will be plenty of reminders, like the ten kajillion cement trucks that will drive past your house all day, every day.

Plus check out what the GoogleCam has for this home.

Now THAT is a million dollar look in Cupertino at only 95% the price!  HURRY, Spring Bounce is just around the corner, and so is access to this house!

Those exterior shots in the listing are of two different houses.

“Large lot lovers” – talk about defining down greatness. An acre is 43,560 square feet… so large lot in the RBA must mean “large enough to add an in-law house to rent out”.

Drano and light-bulbs. Think about the income! And Monta Vista! Homestead may have hosted Steve Jobs and Woz, but Monta Vista had Paul Kim from American Idol and famous Nudist Andrew Martinez.

I like big lots and I cannot lie…

  4. Mole Man Says:

The big house is looking over the top of this one as if to say: “Soon! Soon, there will be another beige monster house just like me, and there is nothing you can do to stop us. Muhahaha!”

  5. waiting_for_the_fall Says:

I would say that’s the quintessential crapbox of crapboxes.
Good show, sir! Jolly good show!

  6. The Gilroy Alex Says:

    Turnkey meth lab.

  7. Alex Says:

You guys are such a bunch of haters.

I see so much potential for this property: meth lab, burrito truck, whorehouse and crack house.

A few deals and this thing will be paid off in no time.

  8. Alex Says:

    Forgot to mention “massage” parlor.

  9. madhaus Says:

No way they sell it now. Should have lowered the price to $958,888.

  10. nomadic Says:

All this house needs is a kid sitting on the porch playing banjo.
