I appreciate restraint and privacy

Burlingame, CA 94010

These days it’s so easy to become overexposed with all these social services like Youtwitface. Tumyambook or Xanga.

So I appreciate it when I see a listing with some restraint and privacy.

Just click through the 5 photos. Enjoy the zen of the slight tilt of angles. Ahhhh.

And that, my friends, is why this house is priced at $1.2 in Burlingame.

If you wanted to see “under the kimono” – well… maybe you’re looking in the wrong neighborhood, sailor!

A minimal amount of copy, and a horribly painful use of the apostrophe on the word “Lot”–“Lot’s of room for expansion.”

That makes no sense at all. Either there is some guy named “Lot” and he owns some room for expansion, or this is a contraction between “lot” and some other word–“Lot is room for expansion” maybe?

Someone send this Realtor back to fifth grade where they talk about the difference between contractions, possessives and plurals.

I suppose if you look back toward the bay, you’ll turn into a pillar of salt–That is Lot’s of room, I guess.

Maybe it’s the police car in the adjacent driveway (see streetview).

I have always wondered how one deals with cops trespassing on one’s property. One way is to sell the home at a throwaway price of 1.2M. That is the easy way out. Are there any other possibilities.

I am geussing if you can find a way to keep the cops out, you can double the property value. That is a cool $1.2M without even touching the draino or changing light bulbs.

How did the Realtard resist screaming BURLINGAME SCHOOLS!!!! in the copy?

Does adding “Hills” to the community name somehow earn another $250k in value?

As for the street view, why is there caution tape across the driveway? Or is it crime scene tape put up by the police? That cop car is actually on this property; it has two driveways.

I could only find 2 incidents:

    Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012
3:59 p.m. An alarm was sounding at a home on the 1500 block of Alturas Drive. The wind had blown a door open. Everything was ok.

    Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010
9:15 p.m. A burglary was reported on the 1500 block of Alturas Drive. A laptop, checks and other objects were reported missing.

    # 1,

This is what happens when you attend public schools on the wrong side of the street outside of the RBA.

Love the zen feel. Are you still selling burbed.com? With facebook-inspired web2.0h dot-bomb mania, you should take advantage of the price appreciation and sell to me for $50.
