Wrap it all up in a white picket fence and you’ve got the perfect little starter home! Cute, charming, and you’ve also got a Redfin agent who has toured this house 3 times and has something to share about it.
It must be able this awesome kitchen and its Pergo type floor!
Hey wait a minute, haven’t we seen this house before?
And back in 2007, we had seen this house before then!
This house definitely is everything that is America! Prices that go up, and prices that spell opportunity! A listing history that includes at least one foreclosure and one seriously WTF selling price! Architectural design that suggests Monticello while staying within a budget!
If you do not buy this house, you must hate America and everything it stands for. You terrorist.

It’s a holiday, so the site slept in.

Personally, my holiday wish is for a definition of ‘newer lawn’. The grass grew back in the spring? There was concrete before and lawn now? Sod? A new breed of grass? There was a different breed of grass before and it is a newer breed now?
Let’s be charitable and go with ‘sod’. I know the reason I avoided many houses when searching was because of older lawns.

There was a different breed of grass before and it is a newer breed now?
The portal to hell was causing the grass to mutate.
I just wish this agent wouldn’t use “tare” in his comments. We’ve seen that note from him before. He isn’t weighing the place. Maybe he’s a fan of Japanese martial arts armor?

Not only is the lawn newer, this house used to be a 2/1. It isn’t a square foot bigger than it was in 2007, but it’s acquired a second bath somehow.
America, f*** yeah!

Looks like burbed and his co-collaborator partied too hard on President’s Day.
