Great Starter Investment! Or live in one unit and rent out other for mrtgage relief. Good West Side Location! Close to schools – shopping – transportation – and Recreation Center!
If that black SUV drove forward another foot, comic hijinx would ensue.
Personally, I love the idea that you can rent out the other for “mrtgage relief”. Doesn’t this mean that each of the units is only really 450 sqft? So you have a choice: “mrtgage relief” or actually having space to yourself. Fun choices!
I’m surprised the carport spots aren’t enclosed. That could provide additional relief!
But let’s face it, real relief is spelled “R-e-a-l B-a-y A-r-e-a”

The driveway occupies the entire frontage of the lot. This is a two story shotgun shack. (Double Barreled Shotgun Shack?) I’m curious if the units are stacked or side by side. Note the lush and spacious backyard in the overhead map shot.

Yay, burbed is still alive!
This is one crapbox crapshack, but not as bad as the 576 sf home great for two families (see Best of Burbed for that one).

Perfect for four families, maybe?

No pictures means you can simply rely on your imagination – imagine the mortgage relief.

2 BR and 1 bath per unit – definitely good for two families (each)!

If a snout house has a garage in the front, what do you call a house with a carport?

I had to double chk twice, I thought that listing was mine and then I realized it was in San Mateo county, must have been the same builder here in Contra Costa County – LOL
