The short sale info says total loans are $400k but the homedebtors “paid” $645k for the house in 2007. I’d feel bad for them, except they clearly lack any judgment for not firing their realtard yet.

Knife catcher. I won’t be surprised if similar home in neighborhood sold for $675K or $700K in 2005/2006. When he bought this one for $645K in 2007 he thought he is getting a good deal. Poor guy. Real estate price always go up. Why worry about going down?
