A condo with a 2 acre lot

88 S Broadway #2203, Millbrae, CA 94030

The bar has been raised. Now, not only is it necessary and sufficient for the price of a property to defy gravity and be astronomically high – it has to violate space/time.

For example, let’s look at this condo that has a $625 HOA. What, you say? A $625 HOA? Surely this must be in SF and include some fine amenities? Uh… well… it’s in Millbrae and it comes with 2 parking spots. That’s kind of close.

But wait… this 1,241 square foot condo comes with a 2 Acre lot.

Wow! Does this condo have doors into the 5th and 6th dimension? I’m not quite sure how this works – but since the Bay Area is only occupied by smart people, there surely must be some who can explain this.

BTW, see how it says 80 days? It really means 8 microseconds. Time… space… it’s all altered.

The paradigm has shifted!

From $698,800 to $688,000. 88 days on the market soon. All these eights are not fooling anyone.

  2. SEA Says:

Built in 2007. Sold in 2009, and back on the market in 2012.

  3. sfbubblebuyer Says:

    It would sell for $88,888!

It would probably sell for $288,888 as well.

Trippy house to post for 4/20. Maybe it should sell for exactly that. $420.

Bunus: Personal elevator from parking lot! Maybe that’s where they hide the two acres.

    > “In-Unit Elevator directly from Garage – Convenience & Secure !!”

Wow, so it’s a noun & an adjective, all in one! Or is “convenience” an adjective here ? (Shouldn’t it be “convenient” if it’s referring to the elevator? Perhaps there’s some sort of convenience, like a paper towel dispenser or a urinal, *inside* the elevator?) Is “secure” being used as a verb? Hrm…

Best guess: The elevator *is* the Convenience (noun) and you are being ordered (!!) to Secure (verb) by strategically deploying forces from your two “Desiganated” (de-sig-anated for your protection?) parking spaces in the Secure (adjective?) Basement Garage !! So hop to it and earn the right to enjoy your own Rarely Available (!!!) and delicious Gourmet Cherry Finish Cabinets !! Over the top boys, nobody lives forever !!

Those photos look like they were taken with a 10 year old cell phone.

These were being marketed for around $900K-1 million when they were new. I used to work nearby, walked in to talk to the sales manager and when he gave me the number, I told him he had got to be kidding.

#6- Video of the elevator ride.
