GORGOUS UNBELVABLE PRVT BRTHTKNG CONTRY SETNG
We haven’t visited Belmont for a while, so this find from Burbed reader Overheard in San Carlos was very much appreciated. And this property going pending despite the inept presentation goes to show that anyone can succeed as a Realtard. At least anyone can when the Peninsula is this hot, hot, hot!

While the agent correctly addressed Us as YOUR MAJESTY, We do not consider issuing decrees or declaring war on the East Bay to be WRK FRM HM. The elevator is appreciated but the lack of a throne room makes this a poor Seat of State for Our Royal Self, Our Royal Family, Our Trusted Advisors, and Our 500 liveried retainers, guards, and servants.
Despite the LOFT IN GRG, We are not amused by the plastic stair protection.

No upper cabinets in the kitchen? Okay. But don’t cheap out on those stubby looking windows.
Picture #18 makes it look like the hillside is eating the house. But overall it looks like a pretty nice place.
“Backs up to steep hillside – elevator does not go all the way down to the garage – very quiet canyon valley street – cell reception is spotty.”
House does Your Majesty get from the Bentley into the house then??

Wow, where is everybody today? Are they all glued to the primary elections in Pennsylvania or something? Or Ann Romney’s latest gaffe:
She loves it that there are women out there who don’t have a choice? What else does she love? Foreclosure?
(This isn’t off topic, because she and the Mittster hired a lobbyist to help them get permits to install a car elevator at their beachfront La Jolla residence.)

Aw, cut Ann some slack. Life isn’t easy when you’ve just flown from your house in Massachusetts to your beach house in La Jolla and you realize you left your favorite Chopard watch at the other house!
The little lady ought to keep her mouth shut and get back to the country club. (Obviously, she can’t go to the kitchen; she probably wouldn’t know where to find it.)

You have to see things from Ann Romney’s perspective. She and her husband don’t work (at least not in meaningful way). As their tax return records show, their income comes from capital gains and dividends. That means somewhere in this planet some mothers are working full time jobs to produce that capital gain and dividends. So, yes, of course she loves those women working.

Does this listing maximize YOUR MAJESTY’S overbidding?

I wonder if the garage was an addition, if the elevator doesn’t reach it. That seems like the only place you’d want an elevator. And if it doesn’t reach the garage, it doesn’t reach the street, either.

Tell me Realtards are held to a MLS character limit. Then this is mild intelligence.
Regarding the political banter, I wouldn’t mind either wife’s buttered financial path. Michelle received a 300% raise after Barack was elected senator.

#6, an addition that has been wedged under the house? Look at the pic.
