the realtor changed the copy a bit – it originally had that first quote ‘close to pa, google and other co’s’. maybe the ghosts of MTV past complained so she added the reference to downtown MTV; as if anyone looking for utopia would bother with downtown MTV.
usually references to a “view” mean taht the view is spectacular. in this case, Special. as if any house with windows doesn’t have a view? of something???

I’m going to actually applaud the Realtor(TM) for a pretty good presentation of this house. It looks much larger than 1280 sq ft. It’s staged well, the photography is good and the copy is indicative of a junior high education or higher.

I went to the open house and this is a perfectly nice house in a great neighborhood, near a park. It’s priced reasonably and it went pending in about 3 days. Is this really the worst you have to complain about Burbed?

I don’t think you can cross Central at Thompson. I’d give this place a worse walkable score than my place in the hills – it’s just as far to a store, but not through the redwoods.
