120712-beale-bathAnd here’s why PG brought you this confounded contemporary condo:

Because who staged the place is very important!

Almost as important as how much the HOA dues are on this puppy: $750 a month!  Which is actually a bargain, because that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and most of all, one, count ’em, ONE parking space!

But who knew that San Francisco could cost almost as much as Mountain View?

Must be because of million dollar views like this one.

I like how the same building boasts below market rate housing for sale as well. If you liked the million dollar view of Unit 10H, check out the view from unit 16F – a clear shot of the lower deck of the Bay Bridge. Might be an opportunity to make some extra money as a traffic reporter.

  2. SV Shopper Says:

Looks like Spring buying season has extended into summer. Every house we’ve seen goes pending after 1 week!

  3. SEA Says:

Poor guy cannot find a single house that has not gone pending within a week.

  4. Divasm Says:

I’m not sure I would have that lobby shot be the first one on the listing…it looks like you’re selling a set from the show Mad Men. (That is the lobby, right? Not a random doctor’s office?)

  5. Real Estater Says:

Are you the rich guy here who as found a house to buy?

  6. Crissa Says:

Do you get to keep the decorations? If not, who cares who staged it?

  7. SEA Says:

I guess I’m the guy that’s a step ahead of him.

  8. nomadic Says:

The stager must have done the job for free in exchange for some publicity.

  9. john Says:

Notably, it’s right across The Embarcadero from the (supposed) future home of the Warriors.
