Large yard w/deck & view of downtown SJ & Silicon Valley — marvelous! Newly improved driveway. Home is in move-in condition. Bonus room could be 3rd bedroom. Shows well. Level site on lot. Quiet residential hillside neighborhood is minutes away from shopping & parks. Not a through street — EAST Alta Vista Way has only a few (somewhat enormous) houses on it. Enjoy the view!

And here’s why Tracy chose this house out of thousands just for you!

Near a few enormous houses.  Truly poor photography. Value fail, great list copy.

What are you talking about?  This is great photography!  Do you have any idea how hard a photographer has to work to compose images like these?  Anyone can take pictures of a house, but this?  This transcends the artform by questioning its purpose.

120911-altavista-price-historyFor example, is the front of that fireplace actually carpeted?  Or is it a ginormous piece of hard candy?  Only a truly gifted photographer could make you wonder like that.

And instant equity galore!  Just check out the price history!  In no time flat the market’s going to heat up to eleven and every property price in this county will double in eleven minutes.  Yes, you read it here first.  The Real Bay Area is back, it’s booming, and it’s bettuh than evuh!

you need to highlight the bestest pic of all (actually 2): #19 & #22 — the guardrail that protects your house from rogue cars. sweet!

nothing makes me want to buy a house more than pix of a street guardrail. especially one that’s too low & flimsy to actually protect me from flying cars. and i ain’t talking chitty chitty bang bang cars.

yep, the market has been amp’d up to 11; thanks mr. tufnel!

  3. SEA Says:

#2- What do you expect for “not a lot of money?”

ZipRealty? We’ve hit a new low. Wait, I still think Trulia is worse.

Here’s the guardrail shot #2 waxes eloquent on. I’m also going to have to add the tag for repeated photos.

  6. dollarbin Says:

You could name that tag “Department of Redundancy Department”

You see those condos up there on Spyglass Hill Road? Every person living up there has to wind their way up on the side streets. Made me woozy just making all those turns to get up there.

  8. AstroWallaby Says:

More WTF with the fireplace: Why is it a uniform beige inside where, you know, the fire should go? It almost looks like the interior is made of vinyl. Or Fine Corinthian Leather, perhaps?
