Where the heck do they think they are, Mountain View?  Bunus: House is not actually next to Pizza Hut.

    Unincorporated North Fair Oaks with a Menlo Park address, actually. Menlo Park and its superior schools are a couple of miles down the road.

    There is a plan for the County to rebuild all the local roads with drainage ditches, but this part of 8th voted that down in order to keep the rustic character of the area.

    The place next door that is adjacent to the Quick Stop swirled the drain for a long time before it finally foreclosed, so it would be interesting to see if it is getting the same mismatched new window mullions treatment.

    I am not totally sure, but recall that the back yard of this place is corner to corner with the place on 9th where the guy kept chasing away County employees who came by to discuss his many code violations. He may have been driven out by foreclosure as well. This used to be the nicer end of the local area, but the crowds of kids and St. Anthony’s dining room patrons have taken things down a notch. Then there is all the smoke from chickens roasting just up and across Middlefield.

    Some tremendous macro photography in there, and nice bokeh. Really shows off the agent’s camera and lens combo. It gives a level of detail you need when you pay one quarter of not a lot of money plus one half of not a lot of money – I walked away satisfied with the hanging kitchen lamps, the brass numbers, the range hood’s label, and the flowers.

    Nobody noticed how lucky this house is? It’s on ** 8th ** Ave! Maybe the 4 in the address cancels it out.

    #4 i think it’s a double 4 cancelling the 8. 410+8=13; 1+3=4. unless 2x the deathly 4 reverts back to 8? i’m so confused. this the 2nd listing this week that requires math.

    This is only a few blocks away from where I used to rent. Not a bad neighborhood in general, but this house is WAY closer to the ghetto-y commercial strip that is Middlefield from 6th to Woodside. And the grade school it dumps into is perhaps the lowest scoring one this side of 101!
